RETURNS & REFUND
We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year.
STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
1. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of order. You must email solution@aphrodyteme.com to notify us.
2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of the QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.
3. Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product.
4. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on APHRODYTE ME website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
